Items added to this order once an initial shipments has been made may incurr additional shipping charges.
No credits or refunds for shipping and handling charges will be issued if items are cancelled from the order, once an initial shipment has been made.
Special Orders, Custom Imprinting, Labeling and Embroidery
Special order merchandise is non-cancelable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Labeled, imprinted, embroideredor otherwised custom merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping & Delivery
Normal processing time is (3-5) business days (plus shipping time). Every effort will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible. Lead times may be longer for orders containing labels, embroidery or other custom items. Lead times for each of these of these items is noted in their respective product descriptions.
In some cases, due to high demand, we may be temporarily out of an item. Therefore, items ordered together may not ship together.
Shipping rates apply to deliveries within the Continental USA. Deliveries outside the Continental USA require additional shipping charges. Please call customer service for additional information. Some larger/bulkier items may incurr additional charges. Informaiton is listed in the item desciptions. Total shipping costs will be listed at check out.
All orders will ship via various ground delivery methods unless otherwise noted. These include USPS, UPS, Fedex Ground and private messenger services. Camp Stuff 4 Less LLC reserves the right to choose the carrier.
For orders shipped directly to summer camps-Customer is responsible for verifying their camp's specific package policy. Camp Stuff 4 Less is not responsible for refused or confiscated packages.
Customer is responsible for the accuracy and validity of the address entered into the shopping cart at check out. Please verify for completness and accuracy. Additional charges may be applied if re-shipment is required or address correction charges are applied by the carrier. Once an order has started to ship (this includes partail shipments) no items may be added to the order. No reductions in shipping rates will be made for items removed from an order that has already partially shipped.
Special Flat Rate Shipping for Clothing Label Only Orders: We have added a reduced shipping option for for orders containing labels only (this include iron on labels, permanent ID labels, Label Daddy labels and Return Address Labels -Item EK101). A flat rate of $3.00 will be charged for orders containing these items only. This option is valid for shipments to the Continental US only. Orders received with this option selected, that include items other than labels will be charged our standard shipping rates and no additional notice may be issued before shipping. The credit card used will be automatically charged the difference in the shipping rates. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Parcel. This is a trackable service. You must select the special shipping option during the check out process. It is not applied automatically and cannot be revised once the order has shipped.

Shipping rates are determined based on all items in your shopping cart and will be listed at check out. These are subject to review and correction when the orders are received by our office. Shipping rates are valid for shipment to the Continental US only. Orders will be shipped via ground services from USPS, UPS and private messenger services. The carrier selection is at the sole discretion of Camp Stuff 4 Less. The following are the base shipping rates for shipment to the continental US only. Some items incur additional charges (see individual item descriptions for further information)

For orders shipping directly to summer camp: Customer is responsible for verifying the camps' package policy and obtaining the correct shipping address. Customer is responsible for obtaining any prior approvals needed from the camp for package shipments. Camp Stuff 4 Less will not be responsible for packages lost, refused or confiscatted by camp personnel for violating their package policy.
All packages are sent without "signature required" . If signature is required, customer must notify us in writing before the order ships. An additional charge may apply. Customer is reponsonsible for notifying their local USPS office and UPS office of any vacation schedules and hold dates to ensure the packages are secured during the customer's absence. Packages will not be held by Camp Stuff 4 Less for later shipment. For NJ Customers only: If you plan to be away and are unable to receive packages you must notify us in advance. In these instances we will avoid shipping via a private messenger service. Packages may still ship via USPS or UPS during this time (please see above for USPS and UPS Notification requirement).
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Full payment is required at the time the order is placed. If paying by credit card, your card will be charged the full amount of the order plus shipping charges and tax once the order is reviewed by Camp Stuff 4 Less. Occasionally we may be unable to completely fill your order, in these rare cases a refund will be issued promptly.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt of your package. If the package arrives damaged or there is a shortage, please keep the packing materials and contact our customer service department at 973-218-9099. Shortages or damage claims must be submitted within seven (7 days of receipt of merchandise).
If packages are received damaged, you must notify the carrier immediately.
Errors in description, prices or typographical errors are subject to correction. In case of a design or style change, we will send you the latest model. We reserve the right to substitute.
Discounts and Promotions
Discounts and promotions (including free shipping) cannot be applied once the order has been processed.
There will be a $25.00 fee for each returned check, plus attorney or court costs for collection
