We want you to be satisfied with your camp purchases and we understand that many of them are made long before the trunks leave for camp. For this reason our Camp Stuff return policy is as follows:
For purchases made between January 1st and April 30th
For purchases made between May 1st and December 31st
Refunds are issued for merchandise returned in sellable condition, in their original sellable packaging, including tags. No returns are accepted on custom items, special order items, gift certificates, items marked final sale, candy or perishable items, socks and underwear. Items in blister packaging once opened are non-returnable. Items that have been labeled or washed are not returnable. Some items are not returnable once the packaging is opened. This includes but is not limited to egg crates, all items in blister packaging and any other items specifically marked.
You do not need a return authorization number.

Packages should be sent via a traceable and insured method for your protection. You are responsible for the shipping charges. Be sure to include your full name and your order number inside the package, otherwise we will not be able to identify it. Credits/refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the package. Payment will be issued in the form of payment used. A check will be issued within 5 business day for cash purchases made at the warehouse over $25.
